QB Pro Desktop Migration to QB Online Advanced

    Hello Everyone,

We're considering migrating from our multi-user site-server hosted QB Pro 2018 to the new QB Online Advanced platform.  Our initial due diligence shows that the features we currently use in the desktop version are available in the online version and that we meet the database conversion requirements ( for instance, DB size ~ 300MB, "targets" ~ 275K).  Ease of web-based access, additional users, and not having to constantly upgrade are benefits as well.  However, these things are never as seamless or easy as the marketing materials or user guides make them out to be and we were looking for any insights NTENers may have.

I would appreciate any advice as to pros and cons and to be informed by your personal experiences.  Additionally, if you've worked with or are a QB Advisor with experience, we would welcome references.  Please note that at this time, we're not interested in looking at other platforms.

    Thank you,
