We don't currently use anything. We do auctions infrequently. We haven't done one in a couple of years.
Hi Marlina, more discussion would be needed but it sounds generally like some sort of CRM software would be what you're looking for. Does your organization already use one, like Salesforce for example? There are many many options out there, each with different strengths and different price points.

We are using a CRM. Our needs are being met. I was just responding to the thought exercise the original poster asked. It is worthwhile activity to think of system agnostic processes and needs. Upon reflection, this question may have been more of a supply side one. Where are our local businesses that are okay to ask? What do they need? What can we offer them? I don't have any insight on that side of things I do more data work than relationship work.
