We're an anti-poverty agency and one of our programs offers a Rosetta Stone lab in our main office.
The version we have is a client/server version that only runs on Win7 and is at least 7 years old. Rosetta Stone has since switched to a subscription model and when I do call for support they're not particularly thrilled to be hearing from me.
It's 2019 and while it was once popular, clients are no not particularly thrilled with having to come to our lab to use the software.
I'm inclined to shut down the lab and point clients to Duolingo, which they can do from pretty much anywhere for free.
Anyone else with thoughts are suggestions?
