Hi friends, Wanted to see if anyone here uses Cvent and what your experience is with it to track constituent engagement and event tracking. Any advice and/or feedback is welcome.

We are looking to integrate it with HubSpot since Hubspot doesn't really do event tracking.

Thanks in advance for your time!

One of our clients is using CVENT along with Marketo and Salesforce.
It took some effort to report back on the engagement funnel from Marketo to the website to Cvent in google analytics but we now can describe a powerful story of interactions for them.

We haven't been terribly impressed with Cvent over the years. I'm not sure how well it's going to integrate with Hubspot via Zapier (I suspect not great), or what your goals are. Perhaps you can expand more?

EveryAction or EngagingNetworks might be worth looking at, but it depends on the nature of your org, what events mean to you, and how invested in Hubspot you are.

Cvent is much stronger at event management than at constituent engagement tracking. In essence, if you have more complex event management requirements, you might need Cvent. If your events are simpler to manage, many other tools will be easier to handle on the tracking end.
