Anyone have experience with SignNow integrations with SalesForce? If so, how has your experience been with them? We'd love to use DocuSign or Adobe Sign but the pricing is high even with np discount so we're looking at some of the lower cost alternatives that integrate with SF.

    Thanks!

Have not used SignNow – but have use eSignLive with Salesforce and was fairly happy with it – and pricing was definitely better than those others

I brought this up on the monthly call and a few folks asked me to post an update on where we ended up with this.

Surprisingly, we landed with DocuSign. They came down on pricing after a lot of back and forthing and we were able to get to a number that works for us. The big stumbling block with lower priced alternatives was the lack of some key features we needed. They were on the roadmap for at least one of the alternate vendors but roadmaps aren't set in stone so we would have been crossing our fingers on when those features would have appeared. We could have gone with one of the alternatives but the lift on the IT Salesforce admin side would have been a lot bigger and messier.

Unfortunately, eSignLive never got back to us and we have a deadline for implementation that we have to meet so I can't say what their pricing offer would have been or if they would have met our requirements. Just going by their website pricing plans, their cost would probably have been very similar to SignNow.

Some of the considerations for us were volume (we're projecting 2000 transactions/envelopes annually for e-signatures), and bulk upload abilities. For those looking at similar options, AdobeSign & DocuSign are priced by envelope, SignNow prices annually per user, and eSignLive prices monthly per user.
