A group for those in nonprofit IT decision-making roles to connect with peers and share best practices. This Technology Decision Makers group is for nonprofit IT or MIS Directors/Managers as well as CIOs and CTOs to connect with their peers and share best practices. Topics for discussion include, but are not limited to: hardware and software management, product reviews, emerging technology, best practices, collaborating effectively with other departments, and management conundrums. Membership is restricted to IT staff at nonprofit organizations.

    We're a global journalism nonprofit, running over 60 programs a year that help journalists around the world build their networks and improve their skills. We have many programs that solicit applications, and currently use FormAssembly to support application forms and applicant data, with SalesForce on the backend as our CRM system.

    We want to upgrade the user experience of our application forms, and improve the integration of the application process to SalesForce.
    My understanding is that this will require some HTML/CSS development on the form side plus some scripting in FA and SalesForce to improve the integration.

    We don't have resources in-house to do the work, so we're looking for outside experts to help us with this work, plus additional SalesForce/Form Assembly support going forward.

    Happy to hear any recommendations / suggestions the community may have.

    Hey Oren,

    I manage Salesforce and Form Assembly for all internal/programmatic needs at my org and would be happy to talk if it seems like it would be helpful.

    We also have an app on the appexchange called HomeKeeper. The HomeKeeper team uses Form Assembly & Salesforce pretty heavily and they have worked with Franklin from https://www.electricbaby.com for the last several years to build out and manage the integration.

    Also, if you haven't already, check out the FormAssembly group on the power of us hub. Usually there are some consultants there that answer questions which could give you a few other leads.

    Thanks for the recommendation, Larry! Will keep that in mind.
    In the meantime we're contacting FormAssembly's consultancy services directly to see if they can help us with the form templates. (found them through the Power of Us Hub)
