Benchmarking welcome series results?

  • 1.  Benchmarking welcome series results?

Hi all - We (finally) launched an email welcome series (automation) this year to introduce new folks to our community to our work, resources and the ways they can engage with us (volunteering, advocacy, submitting content, donating).

We're working on fine-tuning based on the results so far, and we've got a solid sense of some things we need to change (in terms of timing, mix of content, etc.) but it's been hard for me to benchmark success on the series OR find really good numbers on nonprofit welcome series in particular.

Has anyone really dialed in their email welcome series who would be willing to share what success looks like for them? Or has anyone run across really great data about welcome series in our industry?

    Thanks in advance!
