    Hi NTCers! Digital teams. Digital staff. How to keep digital staff, how to be a great digital leader, what role mentorship/training/professional development has, why do digital roles seem to change, what are some key characteristics of great digital teams? So many questions. Some answers would be nice, right?

    To help organizations - especially leaders of organizations - understand how to think strategically about digital roles and teams, we (Ryann Miller & Ryan Baillargeon) are asking some critical questions. And we'll be sharing the responses in our session at #19NTC next week, in a report (and knowing Ryann, a number of LinkedIn comments). We're looking at how and who to hire, how to retain, how to stay ahead of trends/shifts, and how to anticipate, assess, and best manage your talent.

    SO CAN YOU TAKE OUR SHORT SURVEY PRETTY PLEASE? It's for both  leaders and team members. Please also share it with your colleagues, colleagues, bosses. As an incentive, we're offering you the chance to win a $150 gift certificate to Patagonia.
