Hi NTC '19 goers. I am from a very small 4 person environmental nonprofit. I am looking to connect with nonprofit Salesforce users who have mainly used Salesforce for CRM, grant management, email integration and donation tracking without or with minimal consultant assistance. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks all!

Hi Grace! My org has definitely used a lot of consultants, so I don't fit the profile... However I know enough about Salesforce to provide some helpful feedback.

I'm also super interested to learn about your org. I'm originally from SE MI, I do some work in environmental justice, and I'm always looking for people who can teach me more about this movement.

    Hi Grace,
My nonprofit (www.YouthEntrepreneurs.org) is currently transitioning over to Salesforce. I don't know if I could be of much assistance because we're very new to it still, but it sounds like we're in a very similar situation as you.

Hi Grace. My org is using Salesforce and has been for about 2 years now.  We got a bit of consulting help with our initial implementation, but have been a DIY shop now for well over a year. I would also strongly recommend getting connected to the Power of Us Hub and any local Salesforce user groups that might be in your area. Both are full of exactly the sort of people that you're looking for and in my experience they have all been super helpful!

    Hi Grace,
Our organization has used Salesforce for nearly 10 years and have recently gone through an entire rebuild/transition to new email, donations processing, etc. platforms and would be happy to share whatever we've learned!

    Hi, Grace,

We're a larger environmental nonprofit on Salesforce, but the community is great and very supportive around non-profit Salesforce!  Would be happy to jump on a video call with you and talk through some recommended resources!!  (+1 for Power of Us Hub and local community groups!)

    All best,
    Matthew Poe (mpoe@nrdc.org)
