A BIG, HUGE thank you to @Dawna Knapp and @Heather Martin for doing such a great job of the leading the Community Building Connect session at #18NTC last week. It was great to meet everyone, and to be a part of such a robust conversation.

There was a great comment that was shared, that I would like to explore further here.
"Communities take multiple forms - they are hubs or people to discuss various issues, provide forums for conversations, curated content, resources, directories, etc."

    What is your community?
    Is it a hub?
    A directory?
    A library?
Tell us about your community. Is your community what you would like it to be, or do you have other goals?

Please share @Tobias Eigen, @Bronwyn Walls, @Bethany Lister @Anne Young @Ari Hock and others!

Thank you, Larry! And thank you all for participating! It was fun! My community is Sierra Club Chapter volunteers and staff. We communicate mostly via email or phone, and sometimes via Salesforce Chatter. I would love to learn more about how to communicate more effectively with them, especially about system updates.

Sometimes through Chatter? Why sometimes? Would you like more activity to be in Chatter rather than email? How can we get that activity moved over?
