I so appreciate the article. I think some people feel overwhelmed at the beginning of the year with all the resolutions, restarting, cleaning, etc. that they try to do. I tip I use is to take small bites of the pie rather than look at all the things you want to do. Each day pick one thing and do that one thing (whether its get up earlier or delete 30 emails that are clogging your inbox). 

Looking at things as many different small projects rather than one large overwhelming one helps me get through everything.
