Your brand is your identity and your story. Many people view brand as just the external, visual appearance, but it is much more than that.
Brand begins with your organization’s culture, including your staff, board members, volunteers and anyone else inside the organization. It is then represented in the visual appearance, language, and activities of your organization. A successful brand evokes an emotional response and builds a connection with the audience.
This course will detail the importance of brand, how to apply the “why” of your organization to your brand, and how to make the best visual and strategic decisions for your brand. We will show examples of branding and rebranding for various nonprofit organizations at different stages in their lifecycle.
